ISSUE OF 60-MONTH GOVERNMENT BONDS FLOATED IN ARMENIA

An issue of 60-month government (treasury) bonds of the AMGN60294166
series was floated on Oct. 11.

The Ministry of Finance of Armenia reports that the amount of issue
is AMD 3bn (about US $7.977m). The demand reached AMD 5.74bn, with
competitive bids totaling AMD 5.1bn, and noncompetitive bids AMD 640m.

The receipts totaled AMD 2,825,800,451. The average weighted yield
is 14.4228%, the marginal yield being 14.56%.

Six agents participated in the auction.
