MISHA ALOYAN DEFEATS AZERBAIJANI BOXER, BREAKS THROUGH TO SEMIFINAL

PanARMENIAN.Net – Misha Aloyan (52kg), representing Russia, broke
through to the semifinal of the AIBA World Boxing Championships in
Baku, defeating Azerbaijan’s Elvin Mamishzade 14:12 and qualifying
for the London Olympic Games.

Earlier, another Russian representative of Armenians descent David
Hayrapetyan (49kg) made it to the semifinal.
