National committee on preparation and implementation of census 2011
in the Republic of Armenia has conducted a session today chaired by
Deputy PM Armen Gevorgyan, the chairman of the committee.

The committee has discussed issues related to the implementation of
the census, which will kick off on October 12.

The press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration reports
that Stepan Mnatsakanyan, the chairman of national statistical service,
encouraged the responsible institutions to support the implementation
of the census.
