SON-IN-LAW APPOINTED

Serzh Sargsyan today issued a decree on appointing Armen Papikyan
Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe (seat in
Strasbourg). Papikyan is a member of the RA Public Council and leader
of the Christian-Democratic Party Khosrov Harutyunyan’s son-in-law.

The post had been vacant after Armenia’s former Permanent
Representative to the Council of Europe Zohrab Mnatsakanyan was
appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
