PRESIDENT AL-ASSAD CONGRATULATES ARMENIA ON INDEPENDENCE DAY

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday sent a
congratulatory cable to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on the
occasion of Armenia’s Independence Day.

In his cable, President al-Assad expressed, on behalf of the Syrian
people and on his own behalf, heartfelt and best wishes to President
Sargsyan and the friendly people of Armenia.
