MANUKYAN TRIES TO UNIFY CIS PUBLIC COUNCIL

According to the “Zhoghovurd” daily the chairman of the Armenian Public
Council Vazgen Manukyan tries to form a union of Public Councils of
CIS countries and has held talks in RF. According to the newspaper
he has assured that he will be able to form a union.

Vzagen Manukyan has partially confirmed the information and has
informed that in Rome Armenia, Ukraine and Russia have pre-signed
the accord on Public Councils Association in the CIS territory.
