FESTIVITIES IN ARMENIA’S CAPITAL ON OCCASION OF 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE

September 21 is Armenia’s Independence Day. The Yerevan city hall
invites the Yerevan residents and guests to attend the festive events.

Wind bands started their march in France Square at 9:30 am.

A festive concert begun at 1:00 pm in Liberty Square will last until
late at night. Well-known singers and pop groups will take part in
the concert. Armenia’s best singers will perform folk songs.

Dozens of cultural and entertaining events will take place in Yerevan’s
communities.

A salute will be fired into the sky at 10:30 pm.
