PACE MONITORING COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS ISSUES RELATED TO ARMENIA

YEREVAN. – PACE Co-Rapporteurs on Armenia John Prescott and Axel
Fischer will present a report on Armenia’s democratic institutions
during the September 8 session of PACE monitoring committee.

Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE Davit Harutyunyan told Armenian
News-NEWS.am that issues related to Armenia will be discussed during
the October session, while the report on country’s commitments will
be presented ahead of the session.

Another member of the Armenian delegation, MP Naira Zohrabyan said
that members of the delegation will deliver speeches as well. MP
considers that the report will be positive especially in the light of
recent positive statements on Armenia’s ongoing reforms and certain
political steps.
