(Noyan Tapan – 02.09.2011) Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan
sent a congratulatory address to the President of Pridnestrovien
Moldavian Republic Igor Smirnov.

The address runs as follows:

“On behalf of people, authorities of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic
and myself I cordially congratulate You and the fraternal people
of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic on the 21st anniversary
of independence.

During these years the people and authorities of Transdniestria have
resolved crucial problems of state building, defended freedom and
independence of the country, laid the foundation of a dynamic economic
development and embarked irreversibly on the path of international
recognition. Artsakh is sincerely glad to see all your successes. I
again congratulate You and the people of Pridnestrovien Moldavian
Republic on this significant holiday. Peace, prosperity and wellbeing
to all of you!”
