10 000 Arméniens vivent en Tchéquie

La communauté arménienne de Tchéquie est estimée à près de 10 000
membres selon Hagop Assadrian, le rédacteur du mensuel arménien « Orér
» paraissant à Prague. « La communauté arménienne de Tchéquie s’est
formée au début des années 1990. Il y a aujourd’hui quelques
associations arméniennes à l’exemple du club « Hayastan » crée il y a
une trentaine d’années. La communauté arménienne de Tchéquie dispose
également d’une école arménienne du dimanche, d’un centre culturel «
Ourartou » ainsi que d’autres associations » affirme H. Assadrian qui
ajoute « cette communauté arménienne se retrouve autour de son église
».
