New proposals for Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict transferred to Azerbaijan’s head

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Yesterday in Baku Russian foreign minister Sergey
Lavrov handed over to the Azerbaijani President a private message of
his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev with the new proposals for
Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Garabagh conflict.

`I expect you will react to the ideas after studying the proposals,’
the FM claimed.

Earlier he handed over Russian President’s similar personal message to
Armenian leader Serzh Sargsyan.

Lavrov emphasized that the minister of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan
will pay an official visit to Russia in a few days.

“The sides will exchange charters of ratification of the Agreement on
the State Border between Russia and Azerbaijan and adopt a number of
decisions aimed at strengthening our foreign policy cooperation,” the
Russian FM said.
