ROBERT KOCHARYAN RE-ELECTED INTO JSFC SISTEMA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PanARMENIAN.Net – Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan was
re-elected as a member of JSFC Sistema’s board of directors.

According to Sistema press service, the 12-member board of directors
was elected on June 27.

JSFC Sistema is the largest diversified public financial corporation
in Russia and the CIS which invests in and is a major shareholder
of companies serving over 100 million customers in the sectors of
telecommunications, high technology, oil and energy, radars and
aerospace, banking, retail, mass-media, tourism and healthcare
services.

Robert Kocharyan was elected as the independent director of the
corporation in June 2009.
