AZERBAIJAN IS HOPEFUL TO COME TO TERMS WITH ARMENIA IN KAZAN

Azerbaijani Minister of Diaspora Ziafat Hasilov thinks Kazan will help
to resolve Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, prokazan.ru news website writes.

Azerbaijani official believes the two states can resolve the conflict.

“Conflict resolution is possible due to the mediation of a powerful
state, like Russia,” Ziafat Hasilov said.

“If both of the countries put forth efforts they can come to an
agreement. We, the civilians communicate with the Armenians,”
Azerbaijani official said.
