Annie Amiraghian (17 ans), trois victoires au Tournoi de Kharkov (Ukraine)
L’Arménienne est dans les 750 premières mondiales

Lors du Tournoi international de Kharkov (Ukraine) la représentante de
l’Arménie, Annie Amiraghian (17 ans) a débuté par deux victoires dans
les qualifications en éliminant l’Ukrainienne Anastasia Krikola (6-4,
6-3) puis la Russe Pouchkeraïeva (1-6, 6-1, -6-2). Puis l’Arménienne a
éliminé l’Ukrainienne Yulia Lissa (6-3, 6-3). Malheureusement Annie
Amiraghian était défaite lors de sa quatrième partie face à la Russe
Poutchuba (6-3, 4-6, 3-6). Après ces trois victoires A. Amiraghian
devaient remonter dans le classement ATP en occupant aux envions de la
750e place mondiale. Rappelons qu’Annie Amiraghian a réalisé un début
impressionnant dans des tournois internationaux de tennis.
