Ashot Ghulyan said the last statement of the OSCE Minsk Group is
addressed to the party, which initiated provocative actions recently.

Asked whether Azerbaijan is likely to venture upon provocations prior
or after the Kazan meeting, Ghulyan told journalists in Yerevan: “The
NKR Defense Army is always ready to withstand Azeri provocative acts.

In my opinion, Baku has learned a lesson from our adequate measures.”
