CATHOLICOS OF ALL ARMENIANS TO PAY A PONTIFICAL VISIT TO GEORGIA

On June 12 His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos
of All Armenians, will anoint the St. Etchmiadzin Church of Tbilisi,
head of the Georgian Armenian Diocese Archbishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan
has informed.

The Catholicos will visit Armenian churches and schools. His Holiness
will meet culture workers and will participate in the opening ceremony
of the Armenian cultural, youth and educational center in Tbilisi.

The Catholicos of All Armenians will pay a pontific visit to Samtskhe
Javakhk.

The visit of the Catholicos to Georgia was scheduled for 2010, but
it was delayed several times because of different reasons.
