For the first time since the introduction of semifinals Turkey and
Armenia have not qualified for the Eurovision Song Contest final. That
the main providers of Turkish and Armenian points – Belgium, the
Netherlands, France and Germany – were not allowed to vote last night,
is a part of the explanation.
