NKR DEFENSE MINISTER: “AZERBAIJAN IS A CRIMINAL”

NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan does not take Azerbaijan’s
bellicose statements seriously. He says Azerbaijan is a criminal as
the country threats to bomb Stepanakert’s newly constructed airport.

“The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs should officially declare that it is
Azerbaijan that regularly violates the ceasefire,” Hakobyan said in
an interview with A1+.
