Turkey’s first lady visits Ayvazovsky’s exhibition

Turkish President Abdullah Gul’s wife has visited prominent marine
painter Hovhannes (Ivan) Ayvazovsky’s exhibition in Vienna.

According to the Turkish news agency Dogan, Haynurisa Gul toured the
museum halls, watching the great artist’s works with great interest.

It’s noteworthy that the Turkish leader adorns his office with a
painting by the ethnic Armenian artist.
