(Noyan Tapan – 01.05.2011) On 30 April President Bako Sahakyan signed
a decree on awarding member of the Armenian Relief Society’s Central
Executive Board Hrach Siseryan and his wife Elizabeth Keleshyan with
`The Gratitude’ medal for realizing philanthropic programs in the
Martouni region of the Artsakh Republic, reported the Central
Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic
President.
