168 Zham: Resignation of two ministers discussed

Rumor about resignation of two ministers have recently gone about,
Armenian `168 Zham’ newspaper writes. According to the newspaper,
possibility to dismiss Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan and Culture
Minister Hasmik Poghosyan is being discussed. `According to various
sources, Heghine Bisharyan from Orinats Yerkir Party (Rule of Law)
will be appointed minister of culture, while Republican MP Karine
Achemyan will replace Hranush Hakobyan,’ the newspaper writes.

`Possible resignation of chief of Armenian Police Alik Sargsyan is
discussed as well. It is hard to say what the purpose of these changes
is. As a result society’s attitude towards authorities will hardly
change. Most likely the authorities are just trying to divert public
attention from real problems,’ the newspaper says.
