MP Hayrapetyan in violation of Criminal Code

Yesterday, Hetq reported that MP Ruben Hayrapetyan used a number of
verbal expletives during a phone conversation with reporter Grisha
Balasanyan,

Hetq has sent a registered letter to Prosecutor General Aghvan
Hovsepyan regarding the encounter and has attached a copy of the phone
conversation that clearly is in violation of RA Criminal Code Article
164 dealing with `The Hindrance of the Legal Professional Activities
of a Journalist. In the letter, Hetq has urged Prosecutor General
Hovsepyan hold MP Hayrapetyan criminally accountable for his actions.
