Azerbaijan will launch hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
zone as soon as it is ready for them, Armen Rustamyan, Chairman of
the Committee on Foreign Affairs, stated in Parliament.

“If anyone thinks recognition or non-recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh by
the Armenian Parliament, or any decisions or international processes,
may keep Azerbaijan from hostilities, such people are seriously
erroneous. Azerbaijan will launch hostilities as soon as it is ready
for that,” Rustamyan said.
