A NEW CHURCH IS ANOINTED IN ARMAVIR REGION

On Sunday Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony
of the St. Astvatsatsin Church in Armavir region, Shahumyan community.

The building of the Church had been launched sinche 2009, press
service of Armenian Government reports.

The church is built by the benefaction of Karen Hovhannisyan, the
former villager. The church was anointed by the head of the Armavir
diocese Sion bishop.

The festivities followed the opening ceremony.
