1.1% PETROL PRICE HIKE IN ARMENIA IN OCTOBER

YEREVAN, November 2. /ARKA/. Petrol and diesel prices went 1.1% and
1.6% down in October, compared with September, National Statistical
Service of Armenia reports.

Petrol prices rose 3.9% and diesel 11.8% in Jan-Sept 2010, compared
with the same period a year earlier.

In October 2010, compared with December 2009, petrol became 1.6%
cheaper, while diesel prices climbed 4.4%.

Prices for nonfoods went 0.9% up in October, compared with September.
