DAVID JAMALYAN: AZERBAIJAN SHOULD PUT UP WITH INDEPENDENCE OF ARTSAKH

The declaration signed in Astrakhan between the Presidents of Armenia
and Azerbaijan was the best what could be done under the circumstances,
an Armenian military psychologist said.

~SThe sides, specifically Azerbaijan, are not ready for more at the
