NEW HEAD OF MARTAKERT REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Under the NKR Government resolution the Head of Martakert regional
administration was substituted by Jirayr Gabrielyan. Today, the NKR
Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan has introduced the new appointed
administration head and wished him fruitful activity.
