ARMENIAN HARD DRINKS ‘ARBUN’ AND ‘COGNAC’ LABELED

During its session on Thursday, Armenia’s government cast light
on the issue of description of “cognac” and “arbun” in relation to
hard drinks.

Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian said that “arbun” will only label the
drinks which are being prepared using the imported alcohol, while
a hard drink fully containing a local-made alcohol will be label
“the Armenian cognac.”
