Parliament Adopt Draft Law On Same Tuition Fees For Students From Ar

PARLIAMENT ADOPT DRAFT LAW ON SAME TUITION FEES FOR STUDENTS FROM ARMENIA, NAGORNO KARABAKH AND JAVAKHK

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Today Armenia’s National Assembly passed through
second and final reading amendments to laws "On education" and "On
Higher and Post Graduate Education". Author of the law, MP from the
"Prosperous Armenia" party Naira Zohrabyan earlier familiarized the
deputies with the amendments, which ensure the same tuition fees for
all Armenian students enrolled in local universities: either from
Nagorno-Karabakh, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli or Armenia.

According to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armenia’s parliament also
adopted bills on making amendments to RA law "On Central Bank, the laws
"On remunerating civil servants" and "On mental health".

Besides, it was put to a vote and adopted the agreement "On cooperation
and mutual assistance in customs between Armenia and Italy, signed
on March 6, 2009.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
