REGULAR ANTI-ARMENIAN STATEMENT OF AZERBAIJAN WAS JUST DISINFORMATION

ArmInfo. The regular demarch of Azerbaijan about the alleged dismissal
of an Armenian from Kales Airline Services Dutch company because of
the national identity turned out to be just disinformation.

To recall, earlier Azerbaijani mass media informed about revelation of
an Armenian by nationality, Meri Sarkisyan, among other employees of
the indicated Company by representatives of Azerbaijan who allegedly
insisted on dismissal of M. Sarkisyan for her national identity.

However, replying to the request of ‘Golos Armenii’ newspaper,
the Company said they were not going to dismiss M. Sarkisyan,
especially because of the mentioned reason. ‘Representatives of
about 20 nationalities work in Kales Airline Services and no one
was ever dismissed for the reason you indicate referring to the
press. M. Sarkisyan is still working in our company and no one asked
her to leave the work, especially for the reason you indicated in
the letter. Our company is a commercial one and it takes care about
its employees very well.

We have been cooperating with more than 100 airlines from different
countries during 15 years, moreover, we cooperate with Armenian,
Chinese, Russian, American and other airlines, and all this rules
out displaying of racism by us’, the company said.
