I am ready to visit Nagorno Karabakh anytime, but this requires
principal agreement of all parties, said EU special representative
of South Caucasus Peter Semneby at a press conference.

He considers that the European Union may play a significant role in
the resolution of the conflict.

"It is a problem that for many people the people of Azerbaijan and
Armenia have maintained no contacts with each other", said Semneby.

At the same time, the EU special representative noted that the visit
of representatives of the intellectuals of the two countries to
Azerbaijan and Armenia was positive in this sense.
