"Numerous traditional threats are widely spread in the region,
including conflicts in the territory of Georgia and Armenian occupation
of Azerbaijani lands", said spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry
Khazar Ibrahim during a briefing today.

Moreover, he said there are also numerous untraditional threats
including international terrorism, illegal drug and arms trafficking
in the region. "And Azerbaijan works to face these challenges",
noted Ibrahim.

He said Azerbaijan constantly received information about PKK and it
shares the information with international society.
