YEREVAN, APRIL 18, NOYAN TAPAN. By the April 17 decrees of Serge
Sargsian, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Hasmik Poghosian
has been appointed Minister of Culture, Levon Mkrtchian Minister
of Education and Science, and Vardan Vardanian Minister of Urban
