FAREWELL WITH POWER STRUCTURES

Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with senior staffs of Defense,
Foreign Affairs and Justice Ministries, also with the Police and
National Security Service.

Qualifying the last 10 years as years of fulfillment, the President
mentioned with confidence that without fulfillment of the mentioned
services it is impossible to speak of full-fledged state.

Robert Kocharian thanked for joint productive work and their personal
investment in formation of state.

"You lead structures, which are responsible for the security of the
people and the country, law and order, the international image of
the state, and we can say with confidence that from this point of
view the tasks posed to you have been mainly fulfilled, although
there are never limits for improvement, and we all understand that
there is still much to do", said the President. According to Robert
Kocharyan, Armenia has a brilliant future, and the President-Elect –
all the opportunities for efficient government.
