BELAVIA THANKS ZVARTNOTS AIRPORT AUTHORITIES AND STAFF FOR TIMELY STEPS TAKEN AFTER PLANE CRASH

YEREVAN, February 25. /ARKA/. Anatoly Gusarov, general director of
Belavia, Belarusian National Air Company, has expressed gratitude to
Juan Pablo Gechijian, director of Armenia – International Airports CJSC
and Yerevan Zvartnots Airport staff for timely and highly effective
help rendered to CRJ-100 aircraft in the air crash happened on February
14 in the Yerevan’s airport.

"Timely and complex steps taken by Zvartnots Airport authorities
and personnel made it possible to avoid heavy consequences of the
air crash and save the passengers’ and the crew members’ lives",
Zvartnots press office quoted Gusarov as saying in his message.

According to the press report sent to ARKA News Agency, Gusarov
expressed hope for further effective cooperation between Armenian
and Belarusian air companies.
