ARARAT GOLD RECOVERY COMPANY PAYS BACK 1.5 BILLION DRAMS TO STATE BUDGET

YEREVAN, JANUARY 25, NOYAN TAPAN. Ararat Gold Recovery Company (AGRC)
has paid back about 1.5 billion drams to the RA state budget, NT
correspondent was informed by the State Tax Service (STS). It was
mentioned that this agreement has been reached between the company
and the STS.

To recap, in May the tax service specified the execution of mutual
relations with the state budget and the fulfilment of some tax
service-supervised legislative requirements by the company, as a result
of which AGRC was offered to transfer an additionally chargeable sum of
3 bln 401 mln 35.9 thousand drams (11.1 mln USD) to the state budget.
