PYUNIK KEEPS CHAMPION’S TITLE

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN. The Pyunik – Ararat delayed game
took place on November 7 in the Armenian Football Higher League
Championship. It ended with the score of 4 to 1. Thus, Pyunik gained
57 points and irrespective of the results of the championship’s
last tour, kept the title of Armenian champion. This is Pyunik’s
7th uninterrupted champion victory and in general 10th victory in
independent Armenia’s championships.

Another delayed game, Banants – Mika, ended with the score of 0 to 1.

The games of the last, 28th tour will take place on November 10,
and the other two prize-winners of the championship will become known.
