Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled Armenian village of Yelpin

ArmInfo.On Jule 7, at approximately 16:15, units of the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire from various types of small arms, including large-caliber small  arms, on Armenian military positions located in the western part of  the Armenian- Azerbaijani border. The RA Ministry of Defense reports.

In particular, the fire was opened in the direction of the Yelpin  village of the Vayots Dzor region, as well as along the road leading  to the village. , the RA Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
