ArmInfo. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a member of the ARF-D Executive Council, who is on a working visit to Strasbourg, held a number of meetings at thee European Parliament. 

He held meetings with MEPs Peter Vitanov, Loucas Fourlas, Charlie  Weimers and Vice-President of the European Parliament Heidi Anneli  Hautala. 

The sides discussed challenges to security of Armenia and Artsakh and  Azerbaijan’s continuing aggression.  Mr Saghatelyan drew the MEPs’  attention to the full realization of Artsakh’s right to  self-determination and settlement of the conflict. Any solution that  would imply Artsakh being part of Azerbaijan is unacceptable to the  Armenian people, Mr Saghatelyan. 

The Armenian MP informed the MEPS of the tasks of the Resistance  Movement and of the domestic political situation in Armenia.
