YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the dam collapse in an artisanal gold mine in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Region in Siberia, the President’s Office told Armenpress.

The Armenian President offered his condolences to the relatives of the victims and wished speedy recovery to all injured.
