In Armenia, a two-time world champion pushed forward a freight car weighing 3 tons and dragged it 3 meters

ArmInfo.  Two-time world  champion in powerlifting, two-time record holder of the book of  records and champions “Dyutzaznagirk”, international master of sports  Varazdat Hakobyan set another record on October 11. At the Sevan  station of the South Caucasian Railway CJSC he moved a freight car  weighing 3 tons and dragged it 3 meters.

The establishment of the record and compliance with all conditions  were monitored by a special commission, which recorded the result.

South Caucasus Railway CJSC is a 100% subsidiary of Russian Railways  OJSC and provides concession management of Armenian railways. The  railway infrastructure of Armenia was transferred to the concession  management of SCR CJSC in accordance with the Concession Agreement  signed on February 13, 2008. The concession management period is 30  years with the right to extend for another 10 years. 

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered.
