The “Summit of Minds” held every year in Chamonix, France will be held in Armenia for the first time this year. The event named “Armenian Summit of Minds” will be held on June 7-9 in Yerevan and Dilijan. The main partner of the summit is the prestigious analytical magazine “The Monthly Barometer”. This was reported by the Public Relations Department of the RA President’s Office.

An exclusive agreement on the organization of the event was reached back in September 2018, when the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, participated in the annual “Summit of Thoughts” as the keynote speaker.

The summit is a prestigious event attended by around 300 famous and influential politicians, scientists, businessmen-investors, heads of the largest companies and media from all over the world. The main goal of the event is the presentation of new ideas on the most important issues of global interest, the establishment of mutually reliable partnership ties through direct discussions.

Armenia is the first country to host this event outside of Chamonix.

The main topic of discussion at the “Armenian Summit of Minds” will be “Regional geopolitics, economy and investments. the impact of multipolarity on trade and investment flows.

Famous speakers representing different countries will deliver reports on the topic. One of the important features of the event held in Armenia is the rich cultural part of the program, including visits to the historical and cultural sites of Armenia in order to familiarize the participants of the summit with the history and culture of Armenia and the Armenian people.

The holding of such an event in Armenia, the visit of influential individuals and leaders representing the business, scientific and political spheres will contribute to raising the international ranking of our country.
