VERELQ presents the most notable publications of the Armenian press.
“Publication” the newspaper writes. “Nikol Pashinyan one can only sympathize, teammates make some wrong statements, and he starts to proofread and apologize for them, and sometimes proofreading is so difficult that he reacts nervously to criticism directed at his team. The day before yesterday Sasun Mikayelyan The statement that the revolution is more important than the Artsakh war was criticized a lot, especially by the participants of the Karabakh war, the generals, to which Pashinyan responded yesterday with threats. “I will come after you and grab your necks, I will throw you out of the cabinets”, “We will lay all of you on the asphalt, and you will not get up for years”, “You should not walk on the streets of this country, your place is in prisons, and you will end up in prisons”, “Some will become homeless as a result of this process, because they were homeless”, etc.
“Publication” the daily writes. “On November 11, one of the participants of the RPA council meeting told us that they were particularly surprised Serzh Sargsyan the long speech, lasting about 2 hours, during which he talked about everything, even apologized to the members of the RPA for insulting them so much in recent months. He seems to have made it clear that he is aware that they are cursing because of him. But everyone was amused by Serzh Sargsyan’s story Tatchat Vardapetyan about when the RPA leader conveyed their dialogue in Tachat’s voice. He said that Tachat Vardapetyan came to him and tried to convince him that he was not a traitor, even though he sided with the government, but “he fulfilled the will of the people, he acted at the behest of the people.” Serzh Sargsyan said: “I said: Tatchat, how many traitors do you know during the history of the Armenian people?” He said: a lot! I said, Dear Tachat, how many of them have confessed that they are traitors?
“Publication” the newspaper writes. “Although Nikol Pashinyan to countermeasures, the RPA insists on the latter’s use of administrative resources. Head of RPA faction during the visit to Lori marz Vahram Baghdasaryan saw how the employees of various state institutions were taken by bus to the “My Step” gatherings. “No matter how much the Prime Minister says that there is no use of administrative leverage, we saw that in Vanadzor, state workers in several buses accompanied by a police convoy, as they would say, “culturally” escorted to the squares,” said the head of the RPA faction.
“People” the daily writes. According to the information of “Zhoghovurd” newspaper, the relations between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia and the SRC have been sharply strained recently. The reason is the Ministry’s initiative to significantly limit SRC extrabudgetary funds. During the discussions in the Ministry of Finance of the RA, a point of view was voiced that the extra-budgetary funds of the SRC were used for non-targeted purposes, they are a source of corruption, so they should be reduced. It is no coincidence that the 2017 report of the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia in the annual report, there are records about the use of extra-budgetary funds of SRC, so it was decided to simply reduce these amounts. The SRC did not comment on the news that reached the “Zhoghovurd” daily, but the Ministry of Finance of the RA informed in this regard. “There is no tension between the two departments. But these are working discussions, and the whole process was open and transparent both during the budget discussions and in the government session.”
“Publication” the daily writes. “The launch of the RPA campaign at the Dvin hotel was extremely joyful, the attendees danced so much Ashotyan-Charmazanov with the couple who limped away. Serzh Sargsyan was not present, the leader of the RPA list assumed the role of leader Vigen Sargsyan. He mainly talked about security issues, they were present Ara Babloyan, Galust Sahakyan, Hakob HakobyanPivi Hakob, who was not nominated, even Khosrov Harutyunyan and almost all the ratings, except From Menua Harutyunyanand: From Vahram Baghdasaryan, and Shushan Petrosyan he even sang. Armen Ashotyan also comforted his teammates with the logic of King Solomon: “this too shall pass.”
“Publication” the newspaper writes. “Seyran Saroyan the meeting Nikol Pashinyan back ended without result, in serious health condition Manvel Grigoryan will remain detained. We inquired from the Prime Minister’s spokesman, Arman Yeghoyan, about the reception of Seyran Saroyan by the Prime Minister. He said: “The Prime Minister has various working meetings during the day. some of which are covered, some not.” Seyran Saroyan, who had several related issues to resolve during the meeting with the Prime Minister, also regarding the future of himself and other comrades in arms, returned to Moscow a week ago. Grigoryan’s oncologist, Norbert Avetyan, arrived in Armenia from France a few days ago, and from the airport he went directly to the “Yerevan” penitentiary with a bag. “Manvel assessed Grigoryan’s condition as critical, at the end of the epicrisis he demanded to write: freedom to the hero of Artsakh,” said General Manvel’s Armenian doctor Artak Manukyan. Did you write that in the NSS “log” and did you sign under it? “Yes, I also signed, Dr. Norbert was dictating, I was writing, he doesn’t know Armenian. By the way, he repeated the last phrase several times.” What did the NSS say? “He didn’t say anything. we were in consultation.”
“People” the daily writes. “Yesterday, within the framework of the case of March 1, the constitutional order of 2008 was held at the Armenian Appellate Criminal Court. the second RA president accused of overthrowing Robert Kocharyan the examination of the complaint to take a preventive measure against the detention on the basis of immunity. The court did not make any decision in this regard yesterday, but the court session was adjourned yesterday and will continue today. This trial is taking place under quite remarkable conditions. RA Prosecutor General personally attended the court as a prosecution party Arthur Davtyan: Moreover, he was quite active, presenting arguments in favor of the decision to re-arrest Kocharyan. In the conversation with “Zhoghovurd” daily, the veterans of the law enforcement system found it difficult to remember a case when the chief prosecutor personally participated in the trial regarding the restraining order of any accused. even in the case of the accused in the case of October 27, it did not happen like that.
Artur Davtyan’s presence is not accidental. after all, Kocharyan’s case also has a political connotation. we are dealing with the issue of detaining the second president of RA, and also within the framework of the accusation of subverting the constitutional order. And now the entire law enforcement system is engaged in the case, the authorities are showing extra vigilance so that the grounds of the decision are more than justified, otherwise it will give Kocharyan’s lawyers an opportunity to appeal to the ECHR, presenting the incident as a political persecution. One fact. the judge in this case is Ruben Mkhitaryan. He was appointed a judge in 2013. at the beginning, holding office in Ararat and Vayots Dzor marzes, he said that he did not hold office during Kocharyan’s administration. So, Mkhitaryan did not participate as a judge in 2008. to the cases of political prisoners of March 1. Meanwhile, last time in the appellate court, when Kocharyan was released from custody, the judge Alexander Azaryan who examined the case was one of the ones who issued unfair verdicts against the political prisoners.
“Fact” the newspaper writes. “The results of the analyzes conducted by the state employment agency among employers are as surprising as they are unexpected. The last study was conducted in 2018. in April-May, among employers and included Yerevan and marzes, pursuing several goals. Let’s look at one of them, vacancies, find out which jobs are difficult to fill and find out what causes them to be vacant. In terms of vacancies, 846 vacancies were registered in 305 of the surveyed organizations. It was found that there is a need for a specialist in all sectors, at all levels of government and management bodies, including heads of institutions and organizations. There is also a need for highly qualified engineers, opticians, programmers, doctors, agronomists, pharmacists, technologists, psychologists, microbiologists. The jobs of gardeners, florists, furniture makers, precious stone processors, electric welders, sewers, welders, plasterers, bricklayers, crane operators, engine operators, millers, turners, locksmiths, carpet makers, bakery production workers, heat economy workers, euro door and window makers are also difficult to fill.
Studies have shown that in general, about 5% of surveyed organizations have difficulty filling vacancies. The latter have a hard time filling vacancies for engineers, doctors, economists, programmers. And if the vacancies of engineers and programmers are difficult to fill due to having low qualifications and inadequate education in accordance with modern technologies, the difficulties in the case of doctors are mainly due to the lack of doctors with appropriate qualifications in the regions. As for turners, locksmiths, to the difficult recruitment of plasterers, welders, crane operators, motor operators, milling operators, elevator fitters, vacancies, the reason for this is also the lack of appropriate qualifications and work experience. Difficulties in filling a number of vacant positions are also related to unfavorable working conditions, low pay, unregulated or shift work hours, and age restrictions. In other words, it is not that there is no job vacancy in Armenia, but the question arises as to how the employer should be able to find the job seeker when there is no single platform. As for the requirements of employers, there are many are often so inflated that the average skilled person won’t even risk approaching a job posting, let alone apply. Ultimately, the success of an employer lies in having good employees. Therefore, it is natural that the interest should be bilateral. Otherwise, in this era of robotization, a person can completely lose not only his profession, but also the desire to have a profession at all.”
