Message of the Third Plenary Meeting of the Regional Committee of the Armenian National Committee of the ARF Ghana

ARF Ghana Hay Dat Region was convened in Kingston
The third plenary meeting of the Commission for the biennium 2017-19.

Agenda of the meeting
examined in detail and evaluated the activity of the committee for the previous one year and
developed the agenda and plans for the coming year. Armenian Dat political and
regarding many campaigning priorities, the meeting conducted qualitatively
discussions, noting the recent achievements, existing challenges and
the difficulties and the direction to overcome each of them
special work.

The meeting is special
Artsakhian referred to the development of Ghana-Armenia relations
for the peaceful settlement of the issue, assistance to Javakhk, Genocide education,
future programs to be implemented around the commemoration and other programs.

Regarding the development of Ghana-Armenia relations, the meeting specially referred to the conference of French-speaking countries to be held in Yerevan in October and the expected visit of the Prime Minister of Ghana, Justin Truteau. In this direction, the commission examined the results and perspectives of the high-level consultations it had during the previous months, noting that the Prime Minister’s visit is a unique opportunity to move the bilateral relations between Ghana and Armenia to new levels and make them more efficient, not only within the framework of the forum, but also outside of it. In this sense, the committee decided, as the most powerful driving force of his work, to continue his widespread consultations to ensure new successes in political, economic, cultural and other areas.

Artsakhian
Regarding the issue, the assembly reaffirmed the determination of the committee:
to make it the focus of the agenda, sparing no effort in Ghana
The Artsakh issue should have such a positive reference that it will finally be resolved
International recognition of the Republic of Artsakh. In this direction, the assembly appreciated
the significant and unprecedented progress made during the previous months
statements.

Genocide
in the direction of commemoration, condemnation, instruction and prevention, the congregation appreciated
committee’s work and decided to give an extra boost in this direction
successful efforts of cooperation with communities.

Propaganda ground
after the committee valued its propaganda activity
opportunities, developed new modern programs: the promotion of Armenian Dat Armenian
and with the intention of making it accessible to a wider range of foreign communities.
The committee also made a decision to conduct training in the capital city of Ottawa
in the direction of the development of a training program of the Armenian Dat, which he intends
prepare young new forces for the activity of Armenian National Party.

At the end of the meeting,
the committee reaffirmed its determination to make every effort, ie
For the implementation of all the priorities of the Armenian National Assembly and for the good of Armenians in Ghana
development.
