On September 17, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, convened a meeting dedicated to the course of the training camps launched in accordance with the current year’s plan for military training of the Armed Forces.


According to information from the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Levon Mnatsakanyan, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, issued a corresponding report.


The President has given concrete instructions to the Minister of Defense and the heads of the relevant structures in the direction of the proper implementation of the discussed issues.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
