RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in the center of attention of the incident of July 17 military training in Panik village of Shirak region by soldiers of the 102nd military base of the Russian Federation without instructions and permission. To remind, yesterday between 11 and 12, units of the 102nd military base of the Russian Federation entered Panik village of Shirak marz without warning and carried out a military exercise. Explosions and shots were heard. Seeing tanks and armed troops near their houses, the residents panicked and ran away from their houses. Children fainted from fear. Some were also intimidated and hid during the shootings.
