A man held a girl hostage in one of the billiard halls in the administrative district of Erebuni and threatened to kill her. This is reported by shamshyan.com.


At 16:40, however, the police managed to injure the man holding the girl hostage with a sniper, who was then taken to the hospital. At this moment, investigators have already arrived at the scene.  



“Pastinfo” recently learned that the man who took a woman hostage in the billiard room died from a gunshot wound.


There is information that the woman taken hostage in the billiard bar has injuries, she was taken to the hospital. This information is not officially confirmed yet.


First Deputy Chief of Police of RA, Lieutenant General of Police Hunan Poghosyan, Deputy Chief of Police of RA, Major General of Police Samvel Hovhannisyan, First Deputy Head of the (6th) Department of Combating Organized Crime, Colonel of Police Alik Margaryan, who are Chief of Police of Yerevan, Colonel of Police S. Together with Martirosyan, they carried out the operation to neutralize the crow.



At this moment, a large number of investigators of the investigative department of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of the investigative department of the Armenian investigative committee, led by the head of the investigative department Artur Goyunyan, are inspecting the scene of the incident.


Earlier there was information that an unknown person took a young girl hostage in a billiard room in the Erebuni district of Yerevan.
