Etchmiadzin celebrates its 2696th anniversary

Today is the 2696th anniversary of Etchmiadzin. Festive events are
expected to be held today.

The opening ceremony of the reconstructed state college of Etchmiadzin is held.

As our correspondent in Etchmiadzin reports, the Mayor of Etchmiadzin
Karen Grigoryan, greeted all the presents and said he was happy to
start the Fest of the city by housewarming party.

`It became a reality today due to the direct support of Armenian
President Serzh Sargsyan, for which we express our gratitude,’ the
Mayor of Etchmiadzin said.
